Our "Regional Brand Survey" collects responses from approximately 30,000 consumers nationwide and has been conducted annually since 2006 (with prefectures included since 2009). The survey thoroughly investigates 110 items (based on 2019 results) related to the attractiveness and image of each prefecture and municipality, as well as the willingness to engage in tourism, residency, and product purchases. This allows for a more concrete understanding of the current state of "regional brands" such as prefectures and municipalities, highlighting the challenges and achievements of local administrations.
